The event was organized jointly with department of Zoology and Chemistry. 17 Students attended the meeting with their parents. Duration of the meeting:10:30-1:00 pm. 

•  The main agenda of this meeting was to discuss different issues regarding teaching learning process, to take parent’s opinion about teaching learning process. Taking their suggestions to improve our amenities. Discuss about student’s study time at home, study material, their problems. Students and their parents took part enthusiastically. It was beneficial for students as well as for us to understand their point of view.
• On the behalf of Department we have shown students’ attendance (in %), CIE results and behaviour of students to Parents.

• We have taken feedback from parents about their daughters teaching learning and evaluation by this CIE /or internal assessment procedure.

• Parent teacher meeting was always very helpful for students, we openly discuss problems/drawback of students with their parents. 
• Understanding socio-economic condition of students.
• Feedback from parents about our teaching learning sytem.
