Department of Botany have organized plantation program several time throughout the year. In this academic session our department organized plantation program on 3/7/2023, students of our department planted medicinal plants in our college garden. On 25/06/2024 the plantation program was organized in collaboration with environmental committee, NSS unit. Students of different streams, NSS students, students of our department participated in the program. Our principal madam, IQAC coordinator and teachers from different department participated in that program.

 

To encourage students to plant more trees to make our environment healthy and green. To aware students about the importance of planting trees to reduce global warming and pollution.

We are quite hopeful for such future endeavors if our honorable college authority allows us to arrange the fruiting of such plans. This type of awareness program is very much essential to keep our environment healthy, Students learned life lesson by this type of program, and they spread awareness outside the campus and their locality also.
