The talk was about Green Chemistry and its importance in our daily life. 

This seminar aimed to increase awareness about environmental pollution and human health hazards due to the huge usage of non-biodegradable chemicals. To overcome this, scientists are trying to develop a new field of chemistry by which chemical wastage can be minimized by using green technology.  This chemistry is called Green Chemistry.  This lecture also provided pieces of information about different types of technology and methodology adopted by Green chemists to minimize pollution, reaction time, and the production of toxic chemicals.
