English Language day was celebrated to commemorate the birth and death of William Shakespeare. The students of the department organize and actively participate in various programmes in memory of the great Bard of Avon. Scenes from the plays of Shakespeare are performed by the students after rehearsing for many days. Students engage themselves in Power point presentation, Poetry reading session, paper presentation.

• To promote a healthy relation with the new comers
• To engage the students in cultural activities
• To provide entertainment to all by taking a break from academic activities for a short time

• The juniors and the seniors developed a cordial relation
• Students were provided a scope to express their talents.
