Description

: Reading Tagore’s works in translation is a part of the syllabus. He students were interested in exploring the place of Tagore at Bolpur. They visited Visva Bharati University and the Museum. Santiniketan is also renowned for art work and handicrafts. The students visited the workhouse of leather craft in “Amar Kuthir’. The handicraft fair at Khawai also provided an idea about the art and culture of the local people
