On the day two resource persons delivered speech on Environment preservation and Life on Sundarban Area. A scientific model competetion was organized for the students by the Department of Science and Department of Geography conjugately.

The main aim is to raise awareness about the growing concerns of overpopulation, loss of biodiversity, and depleting quality of the environment.

It's the day that encourages us to think about the grave environmental challenges we face and how we should resolve them. If we want cleaner air to breathe, safe water to drink, and land capable of growing crops, we need to take steps to save these resources.
