On  December, 2022, the department of Geography, Serampore Girls College, Serampore and Department of Geography, Malda College, Malda arrange a faculty exchange program.  From our college Dr. Asraful Alam , Taniya Kar, Moumita Kundu,Tumpa Hudut,Priyanka Dey  given some lecture to the Department of Geography, Malda College on virtual mode.  Mithun Roy,Dr .Mousfudar Raheman, from Malda College also delivered lecture on virtual mode to our students. ( SemI, sem III, Sem V Honours)

 

The faculty exchange programs provide participants with the opportunity to teach. Faculty members would benefit from exposure to a culturally varied and diverse faculty make-up, with an opportunity to exchange ideas and observe a variety of styles. The faculty exchange program is one way to take advantage of the benefits of diverse faculty. Ultimate goal of educational institutions is to develop a vibrant and diverse faculty.
