Objective

 

After completion of the course, the participants

• Will learn the basics of surveying.

• Will learn the determination of soil reaction (pH) and salinity using field kit.

• Will improve the technical skill regarding Theodolite.

• Will learn Principles of GNSS positioning and waypoint collection

and transferring of GNSS waypoints to GIS.

 

Outcome

From this add on course Undergraduate students learned to some extend some Practical Geography in order to explain with the help of different practical instruments and modern techniques based on Undergraduate syllabus (CBCS). Valuable deliberation of the resource persons helped participants to understand the Undergraduate Practical Geography.
