Teachers of the department of geography use information communication and technology (ICT) tools for effective teaching learning in the classroom. With the intention to develop critical and innovative thinking and brainstorming, teachers use ICT tools including E-resources, techniques like Google Classroom, Google meet PPT slide, What’s app.

 

• Use of ICT reduced irregularity or low attendance .
• Upgrading the use of teaching learning material from traditional to the modern use of ICT tools helps and prepares students to cope up with the trend of the 21st century .
• The pandemic has significantly changed the way students are taught. The physical classes in the colleges have been replaced by online live/recorded sessions at home. And smart/mobile phones have taken the place of books.
• It helps teachers and students  both for self learning and develop confidence.
