To foster academic collaboration between the two colleges through knowledge sharing.
To provide students with practical and theoretical understanding of data handling in geographic research.
To enhance student awareness on primary data collection methods like observation, interviews, and questionnaires.
To build interdisciplinary learning through exchange of faculty expertise.
The faculty exchange programme successfully bridged academic resources between Bidhan Chandra College and Serampore Girls’ College. It provided the students a valuable opportunity to broaden their knowledge and develop field-based skills crucial for future research and higher studies in Geography. Both departments look forward to continuing such collaborative efforts in the future.
